FitBit Surge, Exercise, Losing Weight - Help!

Here are my stats, Male, 30, 5'11", currently about 180lbs. Late last year I did a ton of running mixed with CrossFit, and I got down to my lowest of 158 pounds at 6.7% BF, felt amazing. Holidays came, and coming from a somewhat food disorder background, I started binging, not something I've dealt with before, and this continued into the latter part of January of this year. I recently got a FitBit Surge and although it really does help keep me accountable and my binge issues are clearing, it shows all the exercising I'm doing is burning well over 3500 calories on a moderate amount of days. So, with that said, my goal lately has been a 1.5 pound reduction per week.
Today I hit about 4000 calories burnt, upon waking to now, maybe more because I couldn't wear it during the entire CrossFit workout, and I have eaten about 2100 calories for the day. The deficit I'm given is 1500 calories or so. So, the FitBit recalculated my calorie adjustment. I haven't been hungry, but at the end of the day, I had basically cancelled my food intake out, I wasn't hungry at all, but I decided to eat a 450 calorie meal anyway because that was way too far in the deficit.
Was this a good or bad idea? Should I have only eaten up to my TDEE?? Still, it wants me to eat 1000 calories back, I already ate an additional 450. All I can think of is "Catabolism" to the muscle, since all that binge eating actually HELPED me put on muscle. I guess you could call it a dirty bulk.
Last thing, I struggle greatly with weight, and my goal is to get back to around 6-8% BF, I WANT ABS back!!, what is a good weight I should be at? I ask because I see anything from 130-180 pounds, I'm a Medium sized frame.
* The picture of me in my profile picture was around 165-170 pounds.
