I'm finding it really hard not to eat as much, I don't binge eat as such but I do always end up eating a lot more than planned. How can I stop doing this because it's not as if I'm not eating enough already. I was doing so well and now in the space of a week it's back to not eating well at all
My BMI is like 21and I'm trying to get it down to 18.6 as soon as I can but at this rate I'm just maintaining and it's really annoying I just cann't seem to stop doing it.

Why on earth would you want to be at borderline underweight?
If you're looking for volume increase your low cal vegetables0 -
Sounds like you don't need to lose any weight at all. Perhaps focus on exercising and getting fit with a nice body shape instead.0
