I just want to say hi and I found a great Greek yogurt is walmart brand great value lofat it's the lowest one in "net" carbs that I found if anyone has any other ones please share them

    Hi Pauline! :-) Love the profile pic, hope you had fun meeting him.....afraid I can't give too much advice on low net carb treats as I'm in the UK. I love Quest bars though, they fit the bill!

    Danon Light & Fit Greek is only 80 calories and has around the same amount of protein and sugar as GV. I prefer the taste of Danon over other yogurts.

    I did. Spent 10 hours driving so I could meet him at a Chicago wizardcon hope the weather in the uk is better than here right now. Will have to see if I can find quest bars

    I looked at them and they seemed higher in net carbs as I can only have 45grams a day I'm stingy lol
