Good morning!
I am reading the OMNI book, and am hoping to try the 2 weeks soon... But I am worried about the small number of recipes in the book, that will keep the family and I happy for a prolonged time? Especially when my fam isn't big on fish so I have to skip a bunch of the recipes in the book. Was wondering if anyone had any they'd like to share outside of the book????

First off "SUPER" on the team weightloss attitude with your family!!
Secondly, while fish can be an acquierd taste, if prepared correctly IT IS DELICIOUS.
It is great on a diet (low calorie and filling, with good oils (think salmon).)
Trust me you all will get tired of chicken!0 -
