Ex athlete trying to get back to high school weight not just for my health but my future baby's. What are some quick exercise for a busy bee

If you want to lose weight, the fastest easiest way is to eat at a modest deficit. You will read it here often that 'you cannot out exercise a bad diet!'....AMEN'
Exercise helps for sure, but do whatever you enjoy and can stick with. If by 'quick' you mean 'short duration'. You would obviously have to push the pace, high intensity stuff..not my cup of tea but others can comment.
I personally prefer a safe elliptical, or exercise bike for 30 mins..maybe throw in a few sprints at high intensity to push my heart. Nothing crazy but I find i can do it often, stick with it and the results are there. When the weather improves nothing beats a jog or bike ride.
Good luck to ya....as a former athlete you will love to feel amazing again and your body should respond well to pushing it.
