Returning...need help!

I am looking for alternative evening snacks...that is my weakness and where I have failed. I have just come back to MFP after being separated, moving out, on my own, somewhat depressed at times and going to food as my comfort!

I find evenings are the worst for me. Any suggestions?

    Brush your teeth after dinner and then don't snack?

    Learn other coping skills for stress. Stay away from emotional eating.

    Instead of snacks i have water. i even go to bed early to prevent snaking as nobody wants to get out of bed in the cold!
