I am looking for alternative evening snacks...that is my weakness and where I have failed. I have just come back to MFP after being separated, moving out, on my own, somewhat depressed at times and going to food as my comfort!
I find evenings are the worst for me. Any suggestions?

Learn other coping skills for stress. Stay away from emotional eating.0

Instead of snacks i have water. i even go to bed early to prevent snaking as nobody wants to get out of bed in the cold!0
