    Sunday- long run (10+miles)
    Monday- RPM (spin class)
    Tuesday- short run (4-6 miles)*
    Wed- Body Pump (weight class)
Thursday- training session (TRX, crossfit, HIIT, or Tabata)

*some weeks I will take that day as active recovery and do a yoga class instead of the run.

Elliptical, boxing, kettlebell, Couch25k on the treadmill, rower, stationary bike, and body weight exercises. Really depends on my mood and mindset at the moment when I get ready to workout, yeah I should really have a better plan.

My big discovery is that exercise is a highly individual thing. I am much more likely to stick to something I enjoy. I tried out all sorts of classes when I started out, and some stuck.

I run three times a week, and have a set of stretching exercises daily to prevent injury.
Yoga-Chi once a week, and Zumba once a week.

Walking and yoga. A little tai chi. I have to integrate it into my day except for the yoga. Plus sitting on a Pilates ball or working at a standing desk. I'm too busy to stop and think and exercise.

I mainly lift weights (doing Body Beast now) and speed walking intervals.

I also enjoy Pilates, body weight exercises, barre workouts and playing tennis and ice skating. I love variety!

Walk as much as I can squeeze in the time for, snow shoveling (in season, of course), yard work (when the snow's gone), stationary bike, rowing machine at gym, weights machines at gym until I finally get my butt into gear and do free weights/compound lifts. Can't stand exercise classes and DVDs - I guess I just resent someone telling me what to do. Did virtual bowling and carrying luggage on a recent business trip.. Hey! It all counts!
