My big discovery is that exercise is a highly individual thing. I am much more likely to stick to something I enjoy. I tried out all sorts of classes when I started out, and some stuck.
I run three times a week, and have a set of stretching exercises daily to prevent injury.
Yoga-Chi once a week, and Zumba once a week.0 -

Walking and yoga. A little tai chi. I have to integrate it into my day except for the yoga. Plus sitting on a Pilates ball or working at a standing desk. I'm too busy to stop and think and exercise.0
