    You can do all the things this article says, but if you're not eating at a caloric deficit, you will not lose fat.

    The article says:
    Simply incorporate three or four into your life every day, and you'll finish off your fat easier and faster than you ever imagined possible.

    Yeah, no. I could easily do some yard work, eat pickles, and read labels, and still be fat.

    The fitness industry loves to draw people to "abs" articles. They know as well as most educated people in physiology, that one can't target how fat comes off. But a heading like this will catch people's eye so they will read it.
    As mentioned above, none of these things work unless the body is in calorie deficit.

    mens fitness actually has some good stuff, you have to churn through alot of bull though

    this article is pretty good IMO if you dont want to count calories as everything they mentioned will help achieve a calorie deficit. but counting cals is the best way to ensure it, you could potentially do everything on the list and not lose a pound
