Any tips for losing baby weight...

hi all, just wondered if anyone's got any good tips not only to help lose baby weight but to tone all the parts which have been severely stretched!!! I'm on 1200 calories a day but need to lose nearly 2 stone to put me back where I was before I had 2 children, and desperately need to tone up - mainly stomach, legs, bums etc! Also really randomly... If anyone knows the best way to get rid of back fat (saggy fatty bits kinda below bra level kinda on the side of the back) please let me know! cheers guys! Xxx
