Hello, Im kinda new to fitness planner, I am coming back for a second time and I am hoping this time I can commit. I have a passion for food, so I am trying to evolve that into a healthier lifestyle, my biggest concern is that I am currently over 300+ lbs!!! This is the biggest I have ever been in my life. I need this and I am going to try my best. Wish me luck!!!

    You've made the first step. That is awesome. Tracking is going to help see how much we actually put into our bodies. Drink plenty of water, be honest and you will see results. Blessings.

    Good luck to ya. The best tip I can give you is: cook your own meals. I cook dinner every night, so it doesn't have preservatives or hidden calories. I treat myself to a restaurant dinner every Sunday for a little break, though.
