This has been a fairly easy journey so far. The most difficult part has been staying committed to my exercise routine. My daily journey is high fiber and low calorie, So about 38-40g fiber and 1500-1700 calories combined with 30-45 minutes of high intensity daily exercise. About me: I'm a 6'4" 36 yr old male. Weighed in on Jan 26th at 325 lbs and again yesterday Feb 26th at exactly 304 lbs. My goal is to lose 100 pounds and I just hit a major milestone. My diary is open to friends. I will add just about anyone unless you're a buck twenty trying to lose 2 pounds

  • congrats on the milestone!!!! I'm always jealous of how fast men generally drop weight. I think i weighed 120 when I was 18 :)

It's nice progress but remember that heavier people can afford to safely lose more rapidly at the beginning but you will soon slow to more sustainable loss rates. Don't let the initial ease skew your view of future progress at those more sustainable rates.
