Does anyone know what to do with unspecified fat grams? For example: Dole's Chopped Asian Salad, has 16gs of TOTAL fat. It specifies that 1.5 are from SATURATED fats and there are 0 grams of TRANS fats. So does that mean that the remaining 14.5grams are "good fats"? I had almost two servings of this without checking the label first, and gasped!

No it doesn't mean the rest are good fats. Vegetable oil, corn oil, and similar ones are not considered good fats. If the it has olive oil, then it would be a good fat.0
