    Couple ounces of boiled potato, red and green cabbage, diced tomato, navy beans, couple broccoli florets, all with some salt and olive oil. Plus a coffee with milk and sugar, and a Quest bar.

    1 cup ground turkey cooked with black beans, corn and mexican spices served on two gluten free tortillas with salsa. and a handful of baby carrots.

    I had a big ole salad with turkey breast, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers and sunflower seeds. Half a serving of pita chips on the side, with a small iced coffee protein shake!

    A two egg omelette with mushrooms, spinach, tomato, green onions, garlic and mozerella cheese. It was more of a brunch. Uuuuum :smiley:

    Kale an brussle sprout salad with mushrooms and home made lemon garlic vinagrette topped with a filet of grilled tilapia. And then I received my order of girl scout cookies. So i ate way more thin mints than I would like to admit. Yes, yes I did log them and it looks like I cannot eat anymore today. Haha! So worth it though.

    Supremely spicy hummus, two slices cajun chicken breast, one slice of ham, spinach, shredded carrots, and onion rolled up in a flax seed wrap, pretezel sticks, baby carrots and water. All from my own kitchen!

    Mine was kinda boring:
    Salad with romaine lettuce, roasted garlic tomatoes (added them before I looked at the calorie count! :( ), a grilled corn and bean mix, regular tomatoes, green onions, and fat free zesty Italian dressing.

    Turkey and cheese sandwich on Sandwich Thins, 1/2 cup of broccoli, 1 cup of Brussel Sprouts. I am trying to break through a plateau. The scale has shown the same numbers now for 14 days.

    Home made chicken noodle soup. From scrap, whatever I had laying around to match the chicken that had to be used. Broccoli stems since the carrots were gone some cooked down onion and some pasta that wasn't being eaten. and a snickers icecream bar.
