I eat these things all the time. And, i think im a bit addictive to them lol.

I eat a healthy diet, and 85% unprocessed foods.
I know the best bars are Kind Bars- and Bars with just a little ingrients.

Think Thin bars have sugar alcohols- well most of their bars at least. How bad are they?

Well I don't think they're bad at all, but I don't think there any bad foods (with the possible exception of trans fats) in the context of a diet that is balanced overall. And I love Think Thin bars. I have one most days.

Think thin bars are delicious!! I too don't see them as really being that bad. I personally probably wouldn't care though, cause they are one of the only protein bars I like.

I don't like the Kind bars. I eat things I like that give me the most bang for my buck nutritionally....meaning, the most amount of protein and other nutrients with the least amount of calories, that I enjoy eating. LOL. I have to enjoy it, or I won't buy it.

I think people get too hung up on sugars - really, if you're meeting your other macros, and within your calories, if you like it - enjoy it.

Thanks. Yeah, i don't really eat "junk food", and i try to limit protein bars to a few times a week. And, i figure when i have one that its not a piece of cake lol so it cant be that bad.
