    I will join you! I tried one of these in January where it went up by 5 every day. Ended up with 240 by day 30! Gave up around day 20 as i just couldn't do it! I really like the numbers for this one!

    Just once. With or without weights, whatever you can do. If you can't do them all at once, the split them up into sets or throughout the day.

    Yes, you can bookmark it by clicking the little star on the top right of the page.

    If you mark the thread as a favourite (star in the top right of the thread), you can revisit the thread by accessing it through your favourites/bookmarks. I hope that helps.

    I do it as part of strength training so that's what I track it as
