Hey all:) I was having killer acid reflux right before I was supposed to hit the gym and didn't have any meds on hand.. I knew milk helped acidity so I tried a new smoothie recipe with ingredients I had here at home and I'm in love with it! Thought I would share:
1 cup skim milk
1 sliced banana
2 tbspn PB2
2 tbsp sweetener
