  • If you are switching over to MFP, get your calorie counting sorted first, to make sure you are eating enough. Then work out what your energy level is and exercise accordingly. As a small 7 stone 2-7lb person myself I am not too worried about your weight at present.
    Cheers, h.

Thank you I just noticed your reply and I did have my height wrong I had my height taken with wedges on I'm 5.5 lol I just dislike people making judges about my body without seeing it and I still do have excess weight to shed even being this weight thank you for your support x

I was on WW and I lost some weight - but I have lost just as much in 2 mnths here as I did in about 6 mnths there. Why? well I think that WW has some big flaws in not counting the things they should. Weighing out everything that goes in my mouth, knowing the cals, not guessing at random things that the database doesn't have, all these things make a difference. AND this site is free. so I left ww for good and won't go back.

    weigh. EVERYTHING.
    Log everything accurately.
    weight lifting.

    these are my tips :)
    good luck!

check out the free app called fitstar - it will put you through a fitness test, ask you your fitness goals, and customize a workout for you. When I started I could only do 5 pushup, on my knees; now I'm doing about 20-40 push ups every workout. There is a paid version, but you don't have to use that. It syncs with MFP and has been really awesome for me
