hi everyone this is the best app for training I've been using now for 3yrs it's great but you need to be consistent don't give up

    Thank you Andy, that's great you think this is the best and I agree. Thanks also for your encouragement I need it! as just received a warning from the doc that I am prediabetic so this time I definitely won't give up.
