Lasted until 9pm, caved and ate two bagels.
I've come to the conclusion that if I could easily starve myself, I probably wouldn't be 205lbs.
So here I am

Hey don't sweat it :-) It works for some, not for others.
For me I found I didn't like how much I focussed on food in the fast and then felt too hungry on the other days. It works much more for me to have a stable calorie intake daily and routine.
So are you going to persevere or try something else?
Remember it's a marathon not a sprint!0 -
I'm not going to persevere. I did well before on a slightly higher calorie intake (1700-1800), with plenty of cardio and a couple of weight training sessions each week. I got massively off track when I went to the Maldives for two weeks and never really 'recovered'.
That said, I might mess with the idea of eating lower on some days and higher on others. I have a couple of days where I naturally eat less and a couple of days where I'd like to have a bit more wiggle room, so I might play around with it.0
