Just getting into this after a 21 month reprieve. I started back in 2012, staring at a scale that strained under my 375lb. Body. I started making some lifestyle changes and got down to 336 pounds. I had lapband surgery and used this to help lose more weight. But for anyone who's had this done, you know that it still boils down to effort and control.

I've never pushed myself to really get into shape and I feel now is the time. I re downloaded the app and started at the community civic center on Monday. I weighed myself and found I was down to 296lbs. My goal is to lose 96 pounds by next summer.
