I am trying herbalife with my weight loss journey. Is anybody familiar with that? How is it for you?
I just started it 3 days ago and already lost 2 pounds! Herbalife contains 114 nutrients so it isn't all that bad! I'm trying to loose 20 before prom! April 10. I need some support! Add please.

    Great job on deciding to chose a healthier lifestyle!! Hard work and dedication will put you on track to accomplish any goal you set. Herbalife is a great brand of nutritional supplements, but the supplements alone won't get you to where you want to be. Losing 20 lbs. in a month and a half is a great goal, but make sure you do it the healthy way. Have you calculated your BMR and TDEE yet? Those are super important in tracking you caloric intake and will ultimately be the biggest factor in the success of your diet. Have you set an exercise plan or routine? If you don't mind sharing, I would be more than happy to share my opinions!
