Need help with fruits and veggies intake!

Hey all,

I'm really struggling with getting enough fruits and veggies during the day. I would love to try to add shakes or juice or something to help with that but most are so carb, sugar, and calorie loaded it seems counter-productive.

Any ideas for easier fruit/veggies intake??

    Make your own! Get a selection of fruit and veg you like and whizz it in the blender! for example take a banana,blueberries,strawberries,natural yoghurt,spoon of honey some cold water to thin it out! give it a whizz and there you go!

    Nice green one! handfull spinach leaves,fresh mint leaves,parsley,chopped root ginger,fresh garlic chopped,spoon honey,dash cyder vinegar cold water as much as you need to thin it out!,whizz and there you go!This one is an acquired taste,so maybe start with the fruit ones!

    you can make anything you like,its personal taste!
  • That is a really good idea. I need to make a trip to the store!

    I know sometimes people add ice or almond milk to smoothies like that, do you think that would help make them better?
