hey everyone, I have let my body go over the years, I'm 26 now, and I weigh 110kilos...
This app has kept me on track with my calories.
Need motivation to exercise!!!

    Feel free to add me. I have gone from 342 to 208 in the last year. 134 pounds and counting without diet pills, surgery, or some crazy fad.

    MFP is a great app! Monitoring the calorie in put is a great method to help the weight drop. Of course, calories aren't everything but a structured diet along with a healthy amount of exercises, results will come!
