Need friends to give a lil feedback.

so I'm new to this healthy lifestyle,Its a big commitment for me but I believe I could do it..but as of right now I have no guide on how to diet or manage it.or what kind of supplements to get,&how many times I should go to the gym to stay active.so if anybody has some feedback that'll be great!.

P.s. I weight about 220lbs
&tryin to turn it to muscle.
