plateau after only 5 weeks??

So, I've been really strict on myself and limited calorie intake to 1300 since beginning of Jan. Started out with great loss.. A total of 15 lbs in 5wks but I seem to have now hit a plateau and have been on that plateau for 2 wks now. I got excited at one point where it seemed to start off again only to revert back to my plateau.
Details are, I'm currently weighing in at 12st 13lbs. Am 5 ft 6 and looking to get to 10st 7.
its not as if I'm so close to target that it's at that really difficult stage. I'm doing lots of exercise. 5 days a week between HIIT running, strength training, les mills body pump, swimming and cycling. An hour, on average, per session. So that's a min of 5 hrs per week.
What could I be doing wrong? I don't think I can subscribe to the 'muscle weighs heavier than fat' idea as I would have thought I'd be losing for another while before that may be an aspect. Maybe I'm wrong.
Anyway, I'm disappointed as this is the first time in my life I've been so diligent and focused and not to see results in 2 weeks is hard to take.
Any ideas?

2 weeks really isn't long enough to be considered a plateau. That being said, are you weighing everything you eat? If not, you may be eating more than you think you are.0

You are not in a plateau. Be patient and keep at it

Let's all say it together "weight loss is not linear". You may not see any losses for a few weeks and then lose 1, 2 or 5 pounds rapidly. Stick with it & don't give up!0

My trainer says to not just look at the scale. Measure yourself, and track that too. Sometimes you lose inches instead of weight.0

Smashin! Thanks all.. I think I probably just needed that reality check ☺
Slow and steady wins the race, eh?!0 -
A plateau is 8- 10 weeks. Just keep doing what you're doing and it will come.0

Eating your 1300 calories a day-and exercising 5 hours a week-just keep at it! You are doing something right! A 2 week stall will resolve itself and you will drop again!0
