getting started again

but how do I stay consistent? and not binge too. everytime I start this I want everything to be perfect... it gets on my nerves , I binge and stop everything

    So stop aiming for perfection :smile: Start with small, manageable changes and build from there.

    Plan the treats and set a reasonable calorie goal and it's easier. Feel free to add me.

    I set daily and weekly goals instead of large goals for the future. It makes it easier to notice the changes you make. I also put away a little money for every week I do well and reward myself at the end of the month. If i do well this month I'll get my hair done at a hair salon, which I haven't done for ages. B) It doesn't always go smoothly for me, but if I mess up and finish a bag of chips, I don't let it escalate and continue as if it never happened the next day. Don't let a few mistakes bring you down. And good luck this time around ^^
