Im Jimmy, I've been working out for 3 years now and my goals is to gain some mass and stay lean. It took me 1 years to figure out the proper way to workout and supplements to use. This past year was when I started to see some improvements. When i started working out I weighed at 115 being 6ft tall reason for being a picky eater and don't eat and it scared me when I look back at those old photos . I'm currently 140 lbs my goals is to be 190-200 lbs lean and I hope this website will help me stay on track and if anyone have any advice let me know how to better myself
