i used my heart rate monitor to calculate the calories i burned during pilates but i just cant seem to add them on MFP, its saying, for 30 mins pilates only burns 85 calories whilst my hr monitor says 246. and i cant seem to quick add calories either. is my hr over estimating?

HRM is for steady -state cardio work. Think running, maybe elliptical, possibly power-walking. Not useful for Pilates, as it will give you a wonky number (like 246 for 1/2 hour). Go with MFP this time, and use the HRM as it is designed in the future.0
