Is MFP and calorie counting!

Last night I had milk chocolate, peanuts, and vodka for dinner and when I woke up, I had list an additional 1.2 pounds!

I love knowing that there is NOTHING I have to cut out of my diet to lose weight. That as long as I make my cals and macros line up, I will keep losing.

PS- both the chocolate and the vodka are rarities for me, but they were soooo worth it, and the cal reduction I did earlier in the week to 'afford' them.

  • yeah i agree it's great. I always thought losing weight meant starvation and boring meals that do not include my favourite things.

    i'm enjoying my foods as well. i eat healthily mainly anyway but i love chocolate at the cinema (sitting munching on carrot sticks while watching a movie just doesn't do it for me :smiley: ) or pizza on a friday night and as long as i account for it, eat a little less and just make sure i eat well the days before or after, i'm still steadily losing. i love that nothing is off the menu so i don't feel the need to binge.
