Over the course of 18 months I've lost 24 lbs I've got another 14 to go. My weight has increased over the past six months as I've slacked off sticking to my calorie goal of 1,350 a day. I regularly go over by 300 cals. I do however work out 6 days a week, a combination of cardio dance, weight training and interval running on the treadmill. Any advice? I want to feel the high of the scale moving again and to feel good about myself. I do log btw.

    Prelog your meals.

This is what I do, and it's so much easier during the day.

    You need to log accurately

But can't you lose weight on 1600 calories if that's your limit? Eg lower your weekly goal and increase your activity / exercise

Make choices that have a low calorie density if you can't bring yourself to log the calories. Most people can't count calories for the rest of their lives. So eat healthy food in small portion sizes. Listen to your body and know the difference between actual hunger and a craving. But if you want to lose weight the most efficient way possible you should probably just deal with the counting part... Maybe prepare all your meals for the week ahead of time.
