Hi, not really new to mfp. I give it a shot for awhile than stop and then come back again. but now that I've reached a certain age the weight comes on so easily and it's so hard to lose again. So I really need to track everything I eat now and this seems to be the best way. I'm in my mid fifties with 3 kids, work as a nurse and there is always yummy food to eat at work, and I love to eat! So hoping I can learn some new recipes and new tricks to help me fight the battle of the ever increasing bulge.
