Like so many I was in pretty good shape as a early 20 something year old. Fast forward 28 years and not so much. I decided to play hockey again and discovered I am slow lol. this was my wake up call to drop the excess pounds that I am carrying. I started in Dec 20014 and to date I have lost 24 pounds. I started at 184 ( 5 foot 4 inch male) and I am currently 160. I have a soft goal of 150. might even try for 145! I dont use any of the features of this site as far a logging info but I do use food calorie index and I LOVE the message boards for great info and tips!
