Getting back

Hey everybody! I just need help. I've tried to lose weight for a long time now but here I am. 250+ lbs. I am 5'4' and am a female. I don't really know what else to do. So I need ppl that will add me and will help me actually lose those 130 I need to to be healthy. I've been on here for a while but I recently weighted back in and it has gone up. Also, I want to be able to run/jog a 5k in October with my youth group. Gonna start training for that as soon as I know I can without harming my knees with my weight.
