Saturday morning, we all are tired from the workweek, some of us the week begins, but the little voice in the back of our head whispers, "your not too tired, you can do this, go to the gym." Then our minds say no, why? Is it the memories of a school kid telling us we can't do it? Is it the fear the way we look? What keeps us in bed? Instead of listening to the many voices that tell us no, let's listen to that single voice that whispers, "you CAN do this." Friends welcome

I love going to the gym any day, but Saturday is my favorite because I'm generally not time constrained.
Make it a habit and pretty soon a Saturday where you don't make it to the gym will leave a big empty hole in your soul. Just getting ready to head out now...can't wait to try my new Olympic lifting shoes out on the platform today...it's going to be epic I think.0
