Hello everyone! I decided to give this site a go in hopes of support and seeing everyone's success : ] Im 22 years old and recently graduated college and hoping to get into grad school for psychology!! I'm really hoping to get back down to the weight I was back in 2007 which was around 135-140. I was the happiest and healthiest I ever had been. I started gaining weight when I moved out of my parents house and onto a campus apartment *hooray for freshman15* and it slowly escalated from there. My goal is to get back to where I was 3 years ago. I went to a doctor about 2 weeks ago and he put me on this detox diet to see if I could possibly be allergic to any foods which could also be a result of me gaining weight. It's an extremely hard diet to follow but it's been really rewarding so far. I've already lost about 10+ pounds! I'm really excited I found this site and I'm looking forward to sharing and giving all the support I can to others!

Hi Candicimo! and welcome. I think diets are all about choices not limitations. Have you read a book called Eat this not that. It was a great book to help make better eating choices. I am an advid cook so it makes it even harder to stay away from the rich and yummy foods. Good luck with your diet and feel free to friend me if you would like.0
