    Trying to build up my walking. 3/1 - 1 mile 3/2 - 1 mile, 3/3 - 1/2 mile, 3/4 - 1 mile, 3/5 - 2 miles. Yea ! 3/6 - 1/2 mile ( daughters 18th birthday)

    3/8 - none
    3/9 - 1 mile
    3/10 - 1 mile
    3/11 - 1 mile
    3/12 - 1 mile
    3/13 - 1.4 miles
    3/14 - 1 mile
    3/15 - 1 mile
    3/16 - 1 mile
    3/17 - 1 mile
    3/18 - 1 mile
    3/19 - 1 mile
    3/20 - 1 mile
    3/21 - 1 mile

    Total: 21 miles

    That's more than I thought I would have. Lol

    March 1-14th ....... 55 miles.
    March 15-21st........50.86 miles for a total so far or 105.86!! Love this challenge!!

    This ankle is annoying me. Can't get my heart rate up very high on the stationary bike or the sitting elliptical machine, but guess I should be happy that I'm allowed to workout at all.

    3/1 - 3.30 miles walking Treadmill
    3/2 - 4.10 Elliptical Machine
    3/3 - 1.0 walk
    3/13 5.5 (3.5 exercise Bike and 2 Elliptical)
    3/16 - 7.0 (6 exercise Bike and 1 Rowing Machine)
    3/20 - 10.3 Exercise Bike
    3/22 - 6.3 Elliptical
    Total: 37.50

    Shouldn't have done it, but really felt like I just didn't get enough exercise in today at the gym, so walked briskly to store which was 1.3 miles. Now I'll go ice the ankle.

    3/1 - 3.30 miles walking Treadmill
    3/2 - 4.10 Elliptical Machine
    3/3 - 1.0 walk
    3/13 5.5 (3.5 exercise Bike and 2 Elliptical)

    Sunday 01 March -- 40.22 km cycling (approx 2 hours (120 min) ... maybe slightly more) with 227 metres of climbing.

    Monday 02 March -- 7.7 km walking in 96 minutes.

    Tuesday 03 March -- 3 km walking in about 37 minutes + 27.24 km cycling in about 80 minutes.

    Wednesday 04 March -- 7.2 km walking in about 85 min

    **that's my longest day of walking so far this year** ... and on the evening portion of the walk, my husband and I tried a trail near our home that we haven't tried before. We discovered a small beach we didn't know was there, and a reserve full of pademelons. :D

    Been off work since wednesday but mostly been doing house work :( Had a nice ride on the trails friday to watch the eclipse, manageing to get air on the jumps again :sunglasses: Picked up the vivoactice so now getting steps (walking 9miles aday????) Got out for my first proper run in over a month only a 5k but consistant and no pain. Last week 122.2 On the bike 24 for walking/run

    Glad to see the weather is letting you get the girls out now jeannie.

    jahmanrv if you have a joint niggle and "cant" rest try and stick to the bike or elliptical as the impact is low/none

    As for the rest of you keep it up 8days to go and most seem to be on target :)

    Apart from a rather lazy Friday, the weekend wasn't too bad as I was able to get out and walk Bruno our chocolate Labrador and clocked up 13.05 miles, Still think it might be tight for me to make the big 100 but I will certainly try!

    3/15 lazy Sunday 3.04 miles, some of that either walking about or on the mill.

    3/16 5.6 miles

    3/17 5.82 miles. About 15 min run on the mill.

    3/18 4.21 miles, day off.

    3/19 4.47

    3/20 5.12

    3/21 5.49

    3/22 2.95 total, another lazy Sunday but that includes a half hour jog on the treadmill for 1.5 miles.

    Jahmanrv, def gonna recommend that you let that ankle heal properly. We'd hate to see you have another set-back. And having said that, most of us know what it's like to just want to GET UP AND MOVE!

    jesiann is correct in that we MUST let things heal. I know exactly how that feels since my neck/shoulder injury and set back in Dec, Jan and trying too get back in Feb. I wanted so desperately too do more BUT it could not be done. Even now I am still unable too do the back exercises and sit ups because my neck is still bothering me some...I AM STILL BLESSED I can walk, walk/run combos, Exercise Bike and a couple days a week I walk with 10 pound weights on....

    Will log my progress late evening for todays journey.....
