Getting back in shape after baby:)

hi YALL! I am a 33 year old first time mom. Getting back on track with my fitness. I am a huge believer in jillian michaels and am starting her ripped in 30 tonight. Prior to pregnancy I ran 30 minutes 5 days a week about 3 1/2 miles. I was 125 pre-pregnancy and gained almost 50 pounds.after my csection I have lost 40. Looking to get the last 10 pounds off and gone back up! Wishing all of Yall the best on your weight loss and fitness journey!
