my name is Jessica, I have been overweight for the past 3 years after the birth of my first child and shortly being diagnosed with hypothyroidism. I went to my doctors office a few weeks ago and was told I have Hashimoto disease which is an autoimmune disease effecting the thyroid...the doctor advised me to start a grain free diet, to ease the pregression of the destruction of my thyroid, and my smptoms that go along with it. I also want to be healthy again, so here I am! I have lost 10lbs so far but my goal is to loose 60 , and to learn a new grain free and low calorie diet. Any positive encouragements would be helpful. Thank you for listening.
