HELP ME UNDER WEIGHT

For some time now I have been struggling with weight issues. I had a friend refer me to this site to help me keep track of my calories. If anyone here has the same issue as myself please feel free to introduce yourself. I know that this is going to be a long journey for me, but I am doing this in hopes of better health in the future. I do not currently have any friends that have the same issue as what I am having, its the other way around with their weight. All positive feedback would be great. I am hoping to gain 10-15 pounds. Any suggestions on meal plans would be great. I am really just winging it right now. Not sure what to eat. I have found out that most days that I am not eating enough calories according to the calorie checker on this site. . . Anyone else have this issue?

Start by tracking your calories like you're doing. make sure to eat about 0.8-1 gram of protein per pound of body weight every day. Work on doing some resistance exercises 1-3 times per week.
Once you know how many calories you're eating, increase that by about 100-200 for a couple weeks. An easy way to do that is to add a smoothy to your breakfast. You can put ingredients in there like greek yogurt, peanut butter, berries, etc. try to hit a certain number of calories every day as close as you can, that way you'll know if you need to increase it a bit again after a couple weeks.0
