Risky business!

started dieting and using MFP about 8 days ago now, and my average for the first week was under.

i've gone over a couple thousand calories already this week, (not worried because i'm calibrating the rest of my week so my average hits my goal)

However!

i'm doing this without the aid of a scale.

Pro: I won't go into a slump if i stick to my diet but the scale doesn't move
Con: i can't accurately monitor my progress

incase you wanted to know;
My BMR is about 2564 and my calorie goal is 1600
