Hello! I am new to myfitnesspal. I have done Weight Watchers and was successful. But gained all of the weight back. I did low carbs and was successful until the holidays. Then that went downhill. I have started working out on the elliptical at least 3 mornings a week for 45 minutes and I have always been a walker but trying to decide what "diet" to try. I am curious how this has worked for some of you.
