oh man... In the last two days I have basically had a relapse and I have been binging. Particularly, today. I have eaten everything I have seen. I don't know how to kick it and I am really worried that I will have gained five pounds in just two days. How much weight could i feasibly have gained?
Thanks!
Thanks!

A pound is 3,500 calories. So for every 3,500 calories you went over your TDEE-possibly a pound.0

Ask the scale?
It all depends on how many calories you've had vs how many you've burned. No way for us to know, really.
Honestly though, I would not worry too much. It happens.0 -
Depends how many calories you ate. But to gain a lb, you need to have eaten roughly 3500 ABOVE your maintenance level. However, depending what you binged on you might retain a bunch of fluid and will see a big jump on the scale right after. It won't hang around though.0

Extreme eating counts as real calories, as does extreme exercise (except in reverse). Neither plays a big part of long term weight loss or gain providing they are rare.
Doing this weekly....or more often is detrimental to a good solid weight loss plan0 -
Probably lost a pound, relax.0

Why are you asking us? Presumably, as a dieter, you own a scale, right? Take a measurement.0
