Im Brad, im 21 and I weigh 160 pounds and am trying to lose a small gut. Not trying to get a 6 pack but just to be skinnier. I also would like to build mass at the same time in muscle. I don't go to the gym as much. I'd like so I'm trying to do more. If anyone can help me with finding a routine or tips then feel free to help thanks.
