My wife is an excellent cook and supporter for me in my battling for better health and especially diabetes and usually has the nutritional information. However, this evening she prepared a delicious chicken and corn (all from leftovers) casserole. I ate 10 oz. How do I record this in MFP? Thanks

Enter the entire recipe. It is not as tedious as it sounds. I do it all the time. Just go to recipes and enter manually with amount of each ingredient. You say how many portions. MFP will come up with a match for everything and give you the per portion breakdown, which you can then log.0

good question. It really depends on what's in it. Was there a lot of vegitables, cream and butter added, or was it just chicken and corn?
You can give it a rough estimate. You can't expect to get everything perfectly logged, so do your best and just keep at it.0 -
