Hi everyone, I'm Madison. I've tried using MFP before, but this time I'm determined to stick with it. As a college student, I'm around so much unhealthy food and it's frustrating to make better choices when cookies are constantly tempting me. Any tips/motivation? I'd love your help. Also, what are some beginning exercises that have helped you along your health journey? I occasionally go to the gym, but feel somewhat intimidated by the smaller girls or the muscular guys lifting weights.

    Prelog your days and make sure you don't over restrict yourself. As far as exercise, cardio is for health and weights are to retain muscle mass while you're losing. Go get it!
