When you are trying to lose weight and I dont mean that little holiday weight or a few pounds I mean losing that 50-60 extra pounds of your body, there comes a time when the effort you are putting in and the results you are getting start to look unjustified. You start to feel demotivated. Is It Worth The Effort! you start to question your routine. How long has it been since i ate what i wanted and the way I wanted! At such a point what can you do to keep going and bare in mind that just a motivational speech wont do! SO WHAT TO DO!!!

I feel your pain! I don't have a quick fix for what you are feeling. I can only say that I try to remember that I did t gain the weight overnight so I can't expect to lose it overnight. I also try to not deny what I want to eat. I just do it smarter. Eating limited calories when I know in going out to dinner at a restaurant. Ensuring I'm only eating half of the restaurant portion. Although that doesn't answer your question of eating what you want, how you want. I just try to hold onto short successes! Hang in there! I've been on this up and down journey so I'm no means an expert but I do keep trying to obtain that healthier me!

Ummm...How long have you been on a deficit? Perhaps a diet break is in store?

It's been worth it to me. But it's one of those things that only you can decide for yourself.

Are you being super restrictive with your diet? You speak about eating what and how you want - are you not doing that now?

Isn't sex enough of a motivation? I don't mean to sound rude, but losing excess weight goes a long way in every aspect of life.
