I am so disappointed! I have been under or at calories all week, I started lifting (because everyone on here says it helps), AND I GAINED!! I will keep going, but I think it's unrealistic to meet my 5 lb goal by the end of the month.

Just found this post, and have been working on daily goals recently since it seems like the larger picture goal doesn't always work for me. I have a vacation in September I would like to make a large dent before I go so I think this little weekly update/check in could be a good motivator for me!
Mhulgan- I have constantly lost and gained but all that really matters is you keep coming back! So kee up the great work!

171.4 is the very high end of a "normal" BMI for my height. I am now 24.9 BMI and officially no longer overweight...at least based on BMI. I still am losing more, but this is a big milestone for me.0 -
