I need to lose a bit of beef (24kg to be precise)....ok, that's more than a bit! Haha! Anyway, going to keep you updated with the progress and see how it goes. Add me if you want to follow my progress, cheers Jimi C

Never heard of it but sounds like snake oil
Eat at a calorie defecit and move more, no branded goods needed0 -
It's just whey protein with all nutrients in, totally agree though, Move more is the key, starting training again.0

Whey protein doesn't help you lose weight, a caloric deficit does.0

I absolutely love USN diet fuel - I'm actually drinking one now (one scoop of chocolate and one scoop of banana caramel - yum!). However, I don't use it as a meal replacement - I have a protein shake as part of my lunch each day.
I hugely recommend blending the powder with ice and water - it goes really thick and creamy and you can almost eat it with a spoon! It feels much more filling and really indulgent this way - I actually prefer it over milkshakesI haven't found any other brand of protein that blends like this rather than just being watery with chunks of ice...enjoy!
