i have been down on myself lately because I am bouncing up and down between 5 lbs. I think sometimes we all focus so much on the scale we forget to look at other things to keep ourselves motivated. Today I went into my closet and found 5 things that I haven't worn for quite a while that all fit me now. I was very excited this afternoon.
I still have a long way to go but I have more clothes to look forward to in the future also and one day a whole new wardrobe as long as I don't give up.

Nice job!
I think you're looking at it the right way- the scale isn't an end-all, be-all. If you're feeling stronger, and liking what you see in the mirror more each day, then screw the scale. It's useful for data tracking, but I agree that sometimes folks get too wrapped around the numbers on it.
Sounds like you're doing great, and like you said, you can already see changes based off the clothes. Keep getting after it, the only way to eat an elephant is one bite at a time.0 -
I agree with the above post the scale is just one tool to measure our progress shopping in your own closet is such a great feeling so keep up the great work on your journey to a healthier you!!0
