hey peeps, it's a Sunday morning and I know a great deal of you travel for business. I know, nightly cocktails, a beer here and there and then bam! You're over your cal limit. But don't fret, what do each of us have? A body. I challenge each of you to do body squats, sit-ups, push-ups, planks, flutter kicks and 8 count body builders. I can tell you that in 20 min you will be panting and burning those extra cals you consumed. Have at it! Friends always welcome.
